Q1:Are you a manufacture ?
Ans: Yes,our factories over 8000 square metres have been in Shanghai for 10 years . So we can control the price and quality well.
Q2:What information should I let you know if i want to get a quotation ?
Ans: 1)Material; 2)Reference picture;3) Quantity; 4)Dimension; 5) Weight bearing; 6) It is better if you can provide us some visual drawings.
Q3:What kinds of printing file is accepted ?
Ans : CDR,AI,PSD,EPS,SVG ect. PDF is generated in a vector imaging program, JPG ,TIFF,PNG ect. image should be high resolution , if low resolution , the print will be poor quality.
Q4:How many days will the samples be finished ? and how about the mass production ?
Ans : 5-7 days for sample, the lead time of mass production depands on quality and production art .
Q5: How do we control the quality?
Ans: Each step of production and finished products will be inspected by QC . Besides , we have ISO9001:2008 and SGS certificate , so the quality is 100 % guarantee .
